shuttle valve 就是指换向阀。

代号17为主系统回油释放阀，在中间位置时不起作用，工作在上侧时A口出油（低压侧）通过17内部溢流装置返回油箱，工作在下侧时B口出油（低压侧）通过17内部溢流装置返回油箱，这可起到在泵运行、因主系统不断得到补油而使主系统部分液压油能及时回放到油箱、避免主系统温度升高的作用，有些教材称这种装置叫液压冷却装置（shuttle valve），其本质上都是完成油流热交换、稳定系统温度的作用，该阀块是一种液控阀块，若主系统A口压力大于B口压力，该阀块则工作在下位置，否则在上位置，A口与B口压力相差不大时，该阀块阀芯在中间位置不工作，出厂调整时其内部的溢流装置额定工作压力一般要小于主系统回油压力或低于补油系统压力，否则将发挥不了正常的回油释放功能。2100433B
