贵州三维工程建设监理咨询有限公司成立于1996年，注册资金5000万元。现具有：建设部工程监理综合资质、招标代理甲级资质；交通部公路工程监理甲级资质；国家人防办人防工程监理甲级资质；工程造价咨询乙级资质、政府采购乙级资质，2004年初经贵州省建设厅批准为贵州省首批项目管理企业。

公司现有各类专业技术及管理人员近500人，其中各类注册执业工程师达200人次。公司成立至今承接了数百项工程的建设监理及咨询管理任务，总建筑面积逾千万平方米，工程造价逾百亿元人民币，其中数十项获得国家、省、市优质工程奖。

公司2000年取得SGS－CSTC公司（瑞士）颁发的ISO9002质量体系国际认证证书，并于2003年完成ISO9001:2000版认证换版。公司为中国建设监理协会理事单位、贵州省建设监理协会副会长单位，并先后获得过贵州省、国家建设部授予的先进监理单位称号。

Guizhou Sanwei Project Management & Consulting Co., Ltd was founded in1996， with 6 Million RMB registered capital. Now the company has achieved the comprehensive qualification for project supervision awarded by the Ministry of Construction of the PRC, Grade A tendering, Grade A status of the Ministry of Transport and the National Office for Defense. Grade B status for consulting service of project cost evaluation, and government purchase. Our company was awarded the project management enterprises by the Bureau of Construction of Guizhou province in 2004, it was also the member of the first group in Guizhou province.

The company now has about 500 professional staff, with more than half of them are senior professionals. There are over 200 staffs with Registered Certificate . Over the years, the company has carried out hundreds of projects with values of over 10 billion RMB, mainly on construction supervision, consulting and project management. About scores of the projects have achieved ‘Excellent Engineering Work’ awarded by national and provincial authorities.
